Shipping Times
Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Pre-order items are made to order and may require additional production time before shipment. Please note that all preorder timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on demand and production schedules.
Estimated preorder timeframe:
- 4–8 weeks for production
- 7–14 business days for shipping
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Duties and taxes are not collected at checkout and may be assessed upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
