Change of Mind
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind. Please check sizing, colour, and product details carefully before placing your order.
Store credit may be offered at our discretion for eligible items that are returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact.kreststore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Returned items will be inspected upon arrival, and refunds, replacements, or store credit may be issued for valid claims.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their destination country.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal services.
Important Notes
We do not accept returns on:

- sale items
- personalized products
- hygiene-related items
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method unless store credit is agreed upon instead.
